Cancellation Before Delivery
If you have placed an order on dailyharbor.click and choose to cancel it before it is delivered, you may do so without any penalty. Simply contact us at +39 055 4730 as soon as possible. If the order has not been prepared, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original method of payment in €.
Returns and Refunds After Delivery
Our goal at DailyHarbor is to ensure that you are thoroughly satisfied with your meal. In the rare event you are not satisfied with the quality of the food or service, please inform us within two hours of receiving your order. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial or full refund, a discount on a future order, or a replacement dish.
Incorrect Order
